Shipping

The shipping options for each product on our site are geared to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item's delivery options should be noted on its product page, and in the shopping cart. If you live outside the contiguous United States please contact us to determine shipping methods and cost. Below are detailed the various options you may see.

Standard Ground

Signatures are not required for Ground deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, you should a note on your door on the delivery date with your name, request, and tracking number.

Deliveries will be completed by UPS or FedEx. Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the supplier’s warehouse, plus 1-6 business days in transit for delivery.

Curbside Freight (You Unload)

This self-service delivery method covers the essentials. A delivery truck will pull up to the curb outside of your home within your 4-hour appointment window. From there, you will be responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck and any further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

*To have the items taken off the truck and placed on the curb, you can add the Lift Gate service for an amount calculated at checkout.

 Freight with Liftgate

A skilled delivery team will unload your shipment from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible for further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

 Freight with Liftgate & Front Door Delivery

This delivery service offers an extra set of hands. A skilled delivery team will unload your shipment from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

• Delivery Scheduling: You will be notified of your delivery date and 4-hour appointment window via email once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. The delivery terminal's contact information will be included in case you need to reschedule your delivery.
